1. What you're buying
Neirra Agent is a digital skill library: documentation files (SKILL.md), executable scripts, and templates organized into modules and persona packs. Purchasing a tier grants you a lifetime license to download and use the files in that tier on any number of machines for your own use.
2. Lifetime means files
"Lifetime" refers to your lifetime access to the files you purchased. It does not include any promise of future updates, new modules, or features. The library grows over time; when new content is added, we may include it at our discretion, but ongoing updates are not part of any tier.
3. License & restrictions
You may use the files for personal or commercial purposes — build, automate, operate. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, as-is or repackaged.
- Share your license key or downloadable package with others.
- Offer the library as a competing product or service.
4. Payment
All payments are processed via cryptocurrency (EVM chains and Solana) and are final once the network confirms the transaction. Your license key is issued automatically on confirmation. Prices are displayed in USD; the crypto amount is quoted at checkout based on current rates.
5. Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund window on unactivated licenses. If you have not yet downloaded your package, contact support within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Once your package has been downloaded, the license is considered activated and is no longer refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The library is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The files are tools and documentation — we do not guarantee any particular income, findings, or results from using them. Security, crypto, and automation tools operate at your own risk; always test in safe environments first.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neirra Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the library or its outputs — including but not limited to lost funds, lost time, or lost opportunities.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the product channel.
