1. What we collect
- Email address — used to generate your license and identify your account when logging into the buyer dashboard.
- Order records — tier purchased, payment chain, transaction hash, license key, timestamps.
- Anonymous usage events — page views and funnel steps (order started, order paid, language selected). These contain no personal identifiers and are used to understand how the store performs.
2. What we never collect
- Wallet private keys or seed phrases — never. Payment addresses are generated server-side and keys never leave your device.
- Browser fingerprinting, cookies for tracking, or cross-site identifiers.
- Contents of your files or any data your agents process.
3. How we use your data
Email + order data is used solely to issue licenses, verify access, and provide downloads. Usage events are aggregated to improve the store. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with any third party.
4. Storage & retention
Data is stored on our server database. Order records are kept as long as needed to honor your license and refund rights. Anonymous events are retained for analytics and periodically purged.
5. Your rights
You may request deletion of your account data (email + order history) at any time — email deletion also invalidates your license. Contact us and we'll process it within 14 days. Refund eligibility is unaffected by deletion requests.
6. Third parties
Cryptocurrency payments are on-chain — the public blockchain records the transaction by nature. We don't control that data. Fonts load from Google Fonts; your browser requests them per Google's privacy terms.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the product channel.
