Refund Policy

7-day refund on unactivated licenses
If you purchase a tier and have not yet downloaded your package, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked.
Reach out via Telegram or X with your order number and the email used at checkout.
We confirm the license is unactivated (no download has started).
We return the equivalent crypto amount to your original wallet, minus network fees.
What counts as activated
- Downloading your package — even a single file.
- Starting a download that completes.
Merely receiving your license key does not count as activation — you can receive the key, change your mind, and still get a full refund.
Refunds after activation
Once your package has been downloaded, the license is considered activated and is not refundable. Because the files are instantly copyable digital goods, we cannot reverse a download. If something is broken or missing, tell us — we fix problems fast rather than hide behind policy.
Refund mechanics
Crypto refunds are sent to the wallet address used for payment, in the same chain. If the wallet is inaccessible, contact us and we'll find an alternative within policy.
